Optical Ball Lens are highly transparent spheres made of optical glasses.They are used as fiber interconnects in telecom and expanded beam connectors.

Optical Half-Ball Lens (Optical Hemispherical Lens) are ideal for applications such as fiber communication, endoscopy, microscopy, optical pick-up devices, and laser measurement systems.

Optical Ball lens made of kinds of materials are also available, such as HK9 optical ball lens (equivalent to Schott N-Bk7 Glass Ball Lens),Schott N-BK7 glass Ball Lenses are glass spheres commonly used in fiber optic applications. N-SF11 glass ball lens, Sapphire Glass Ball Lens, ruby glass balls,UV Fused Silica Ball Lens etc. They are used as fiber interconnects in telecom and expanded beam connectors.
