300 mm Diameter hemisphere dome for underwater camera

We are manufacturing 300mm Diameter Dome Lens. Our Glass Dome Lens are hemispheric in shape making them easy to mount directly to any surface. Application for our glass Dome Lens include meteorology applications, pyranometers, defence applications and as high pressure view ports in underwater cameras and submersibles.

UV fused silica glass dome lens (JGS1 glass dome lens) are commonly used in underwater applications at extremely high pressures.Performing as an optical window, these glass dome lens allow you to easily protect electronic sensors or detectors without sacrificing field of view. 

Schott N-Bk7 Optical Domes Lens or Hk9 Glass Dome Lens are used primarily in meteorology applications. BK7 offers excellent transmission from 300nm up to 2µm. BK7 is a relatively hard material, with excellent chemical durability.  Schott N-BK7 optical domes lens or HK9 Glass Dome Lens are often used in meteorology applications.

For infrared applications we can provide sapphire dome lens. Sapphire is an extremely hard material with transmission of over 80% in the 2-5µm wavelength range. As with fused silica dome lens, sapphire dome lens is able to withstand extreme pressures, making it the perfect material for underwater camera and missile fairing applications.
